mechanic made a mistake for a tire rotation, instead of rotate front and rear they rotate side to side, and instead of making it right they have two person explain to me that side to side rotation help to prevent crowning, and also blaming everything on the mechanic saying she is the one that makes independent decisions on the car, and telling me they put their hands to feel the tire thread wear, a ton of excuse for a tiny mistake, instead of admiting and make it right they would cover it up, and tell me if they dont think i... read more
