⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently purchased a Honda CR-V for my wife from Hendrick Honda Charleston, and we had a great experience working with Brian Yates. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and comfortably. Brian was friendly, professional, patient, and made the entire buying process easy for us. My wife is very happy with her new CR-V, and we really appreciate everything Brian and the whole team did to help us.
Bought a previously owned/leased 2020 Honda Odyssey back in February 2024 with low mileage and a seemingly clean car fax. We have had nothing but issues since. The car was sold to us and the dealership messed up and when we got a flat tire, there weren’t the keys to the spare tire on. Greg took excellent care of me and my vehicle as always! I somehow managed to lose my spare key for my car, and Greg got me in right away to get a new one programmed. The service was done quickly and the cost was great!
This place is horrible. The wait is always so long. I make an appointment for my oil change, which I get free from buying my car there, and it still takes 2 hours at least every time. That’s absolutely unacceptable. If I came in off the street I could understand that, but to have an ointment I expect 45min or less for an oil change. And they people working don’t even care- they don’t try to update you or anything. Gary in service was top notch. He took great care of me, was down to earth, and even brought me back to reality when my expectations got a little lofty lol. Gary was courteous, professional, and easy to work with, no BS, straight shooter.
