Brought my new car in for a recall. They didn’t track my info from the call so there were notes about my appointment. Not a big deal since they started work right away but not great start. I waited and then when called me to grab my car. I noticed two minor scratches on my door. I talked to rep about it. Have had 2 horrible experiences at this service center recently. 1st was several months ago, brought the car in for regular maintenance and they attempted to upcharge me by several thousand dollars on unnecessary add ons. “Replacing aftermarket wipers” and the like. I had previously had great service here so I wrote it off as a one off. Took it in for tire rotation and alignment in addition to warranty covered work. Aaron and Ben are the best! Aaron went above and beyond to help find the right vehicle for me, and he was truly patient dealing with me lol. Ben also went above and beyond with the finance portion of it. They were both a real pleasure to work with! 😊
