Wonderful place to workout and not have all the rifraff of other gyms. Wish they were open on Sundays.

Thank you for years of hosting me. I have to move and I will miss this Jim very much. Martita and Ron were just awesome to me and my family. God bless you!

I really like this gym. The staff is friendly (especially Caleb) and always gives a warm welcome. The facilities are well maintained. Other gym goers are also great for the most part. Locker Rooms are very clean. Has everything someone getting in shape needs. I tried some of the classes and they were great but didnt work with my schedule. You pay a bit more than the big chains but its worth every penny.

Ron and his staff are absolutely amazing people. Awesome equipment and atmosphere. Locker rooms and showers are always clean. I just wish the prices were better and the contracts not as long. Then I could come back.
