I really like this gym. The staff is friendly (especially Caleb) and always gives a warm welcome. The facilities are well maintained. Other gym goers are also great for the most part. Locker Rooms are very clean. Has everything someone getting in shape needs. I tried some of the classes and they were great but didnt work with my schedule. You pay a bit more than the big chains but its worth every penny.
Ron and his staff are absolutely amazing people. Awesome equipment and atmosphere. Locker rooms and showers are always clean. I just wish the prices were better and the contracts not as long. Then I could come back.
Not a gym it's a (health club). So keep your mouth shut and dress to empress..guys no muscle shirts..woman it seems to be ok..staff are unfriendly and snobby..when the manager come out of there office the staff start moving and smiling..it amazing to watch..
