This is a beautiful, friendly neighbourhood with well-planned streets and a clear sense of community. I considered buying here, but decided against it for a few reasons. For one, Chelsea is growing faster than its infrastructure and services can keep up. Every summer and fall that I'm in Chelsea on the weekends, traffic is worse. Secondly, it's great that Hendrick Farm is so deliberate about its planning, but the growing developments around it (such as the one just across Highway 5 from it) clearly did not get the message.
