At the Hendricks North the nurse had kicked me out the room told me to get out they needed this room for someone else
I wasn’t going to share initially, but after receiving my third bill from them (totaling over 500$ for almost no care), I wanted to warn people about the quality and cost of care. I came in due to sickness, they did not want to run any tests even through they said they were not sure if it was viral or bacterial. They then handed me a prescription for antibiotics and told me to leave. I got seen for a total of 7 minutes at most and got an outrageous bill for the trouble.
I truly feel like if you are capable of driving to DFW or even the Lubbock area I would do so. I would not waste your time going to Hendrix as they do not care about your health or anything that is going on with you, extremely rude and unprofessional. It’s just a paycheck for them. Has nothing to do with care or the love of helping people.
Everyone was nice and answered any questions I had.
