I went in with eye pain and blurry vision, er doctor told me I had a torn cornea and prescribed medication ointment for that injury and told me to follow up with eye doctor. I went to eye specialist the next morning and was told that the er diagnoses was completely wrong and that my eye was just swollen and irritated from allergies and only required some allergy eye drops

The wait time was surprisingly short, and I felt that my concerns were addressed promptly. The staff was very attentive and professional. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Overall, my experience was positive, and I am grateful for the excellent care I received.

There is an emergency room doctor that is brunette and in her mid thirties I’ve unfortunately had multiple interactions with. She talks crap about patients to the nurses, she will not provide testing, and she is frankly condescending and lazy. I went to the ER over the past 2 years 4 times for 3 issues including issues due to an emergency surgery, and she diagnosed me for the SAME EXACT THING EACH TIME. Also, she left notes on my discharge paper in all caps stating along the lines of me making bad lifestyle choices. She does... read more
