To bad I can't leave zero stars. The doctors are useless. Went in and the nurses where nice, but doc Will is useless. All he did was ask questions, never did an exam. Then was told to just go buy these over the counter meds. Really dude, I could have figured that pur myself. I probably should have just gone and got the meds and not gone into the er.

I have mixed feelings and first time talking to the registration people they’re rude and tell them what you know we had our mother come in to the ER She had a wreck and they were just rude to us. I know you gotta be firm, but you know everybody in this world don’t have to be so mean you know they gotta understand the families you’re gonna come to see about their family members if something happens.

Don't go here at night unless you want to die ! I was literally going into anthropoletic shock the nurse told me to wait in the waiting room I should of sued them go to any other location but this one !! Roaches and roach traps under the vending machines the place is disgusting!!

I have mixed feelings about this place. We're new to the area and had to actually use this ER back to back this week. Nurses were friendly. First visit went ok, then had to take 2 family members the next night. Nursing staff were professional and friendly. But the toddler under 2 years old had a prolonged cough and was not given any type of treatment or prescription. We were told to get OTC allergy medicine. Giving a 1 star because I have to…we just moved here and are less than impressed with this ER. The long wait times are unacceptable, especially when in pain. This ER came highly recommended as there is no ER on Dyess AFB. Extremely disappointed and will never recommend or return here.
