Overall, considering the circumstances, it wasn’t too shabby
Excellent caring and professional staff. More attention to patient comfort and decreasing stress would be helpful. After 10 hours in the ER. temperature 68 degrees (I weigh @ 118 lbs and am 77 years old) with machine beeping loudly (my blood pressure at admit was @ 200/100) and it did not help to have that noise blaring. This is an administrative problem, not a medical issue. The admin needs to spend 10 hours in one of those ER rooms like I did.
The Nurse Practitioner Michael and the RN Peyton were both so nice just beautiful human beings and I really appreciate the care I received Thank you Michael and Peyton for fixing me lol
They don't do anything right anymore and then wait you to pay your bill when they didn't even try to find out what was really going on with me ow I set at home and can't even go back to work
