Imagine driving all the way back to your home in NY after coming down to pick your vehicle up after the car was at the facility for well over 40 days only to come back to NY to have the same damn issues you left the car for those issues to get fixed. I don’t want to hear sorry or were apologetic, I wanted the issues fixed correctly and was told up and down how much was going into the car to have the repair correctly done. I can honestly say that the customer service was outstanding, and the work on the bumper was excellent, but as I stated to the reps in the building, my hood needed to be redone because when the client hit me, he knocked my hood out of alignment and it doesnt close properly, and i asked the worker did they fix or even look at the hood and she told me they might have, i also have a yellow triangle with an exlamation point showing on my dash and i know for a fact that wasnt showing befote i dropped it off, i did reach out to my... read more
