We were patients of the clinic prior to our move to the Coastal Bend. Age sent us back to Abilene for our permanent home and before we moved our first order of business was to get back into the Hendrick Hospital system of services. It our go to medical place.
Had labs for PA Martin, then seen PA Martin. Quick and easy. Great friendly staff
Four stars because I had to get my toe cut! But the person who saw me (abbylin) was so kind and made me very comfortable!
You can't get through by phone to a doctor or nurse. At the appointment the doctor says call if you need anything. Wrong, you can't call. The phone automation also says, "If you would like to take a survey press 1." No, that doesn't work either. Hendrick is quick to take your money but you can't get any help. And Hendrick never fixes the phone problem.
