You can't get through by phone to a doctor or nurse. At the appointment the doctor says call if you need anything. Wrong, you can't call. The phone automation also says, "If you would like to take a survey press 1." No, that doesn't work either. Hendrick is quick to take your money but you can't get any help. And Hendrick never fixes the phone problem.
It is 7:16am....I call and voicemail says it's closed. 🤦♀️ Really???
Unfortunately, I have been trying to make an appointment for over a week now with no success the automated system will not place me through and when I call another Hendrick number I am transferred over to the same failing automated system. If anyone could provide me with an operable number to make an appointment it is greatly appreciated.
As per usual my visit was great with Dr. Maduka.
Dr. Iheanyichukwu Ogu is a doctor associated with this clinic. Do not go to this doctor if you're concerned about your renal care. The office never takes calls or returns calls. The office told my uncle he was at end stage 5 kidney failure but never called him to follow-up or to establish a plan of action. It's heartbreaking.
