Called Friday and made an appointment for 8 am Monday for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at 7:45 and didn’t leave until 9:20. Can’t really call it express, especially with it being just an oil change. I have been in and out quicker with my fleet vehicle at jiffy lube without an appointment. Couldn’t imagine if I didn’t have an appointment.
Miguel was very helpful and was able to get us a nice used car with the apr and monthly payment we wanted. He was very kind and attentive. I recommend.

Sean in service totally helped us out. We did a Hedrick dealer transfer for a GMC pickup at the Jeep location and noticed a screw in our tire before a 16 hour drive home. Sean pulled the truck in the shop and removed the screw, assured us it had not penetrated the tire wall. Appreciate the camaraderie and professionalism of the Hendrick employees.
