Jacklin from Service helped me out. As a Hendrick employee traveling from Charlotte to Raleigh I had an issue arise from my rear suspension that I needed to get looked at to make sure it wasnt a safety concern. Called and was able to get in even though it was a Ford they still were able to look at it for me. My on board computer was showing my left rear tire was going flat when actually it was my left front tire. Dave Estep told me to bring my Equinox in for a reset. It was about time for an oil change and tire rotation so I had that done also. So I take care of my parents 94 and 91 and have to bring them with me. As usual, Dave helps me get them settled in the waiting area and then got everything done in about a half hour.
