Good service Kevin always good customer service
Took my car in for an oil change which I've done a number of times, and the dealership recommended several services for my 75K check in. I received a text that outlined $900+ worth of services with no call or discussion. I dropped my car off at 9a and it was not ready until 530p (I declined the additional services). I think they were having a bad day with phone lines and being busy, but this was not a great experience.
Everyone from the Kevin in the Cadillac service lane, the tech that serviced my car and the detail department did an great job!
