Had a pleasant experience working with Kim this week. My husband and I normally dread going to the dealership due to how long it normally takes; Kim made everything go smooth and had us take out several vehicles on a test drive to ensure we left the lot with what fit us best. When we first arrived Kim asked for all our wants, needs, price, monthly, etc and she made it happen WITHOUT the go around from finance - NO HAGGLE!!
