Terrible financial department. Services from anesthesiologist we’re fine but billing department is terrible. I was turned over to collections for a bill I never received from them. Tried calling and received a we are not accepting calls at this time message…also terrible business practice. It is not okay to turn people over to collections when you have not even sent a bill!
I have had a horrible experience with the billing practices of this place. Prior to getting anesthesia you need to ask prior to your procedure if they are going to charge you twice. Once for an anesthesiologist and once for a Nurse anesthetist. The anesthesiologist asked me 3 questions I spent 90 seconds with him and was charged $671.00 and the nurse anesthetist was in the procedure with me and charged $655.00. My procedure was just a colonoscopy and was I given propofol ...... basically sedation... no tubes or anything.... ... read more
