Best service place ever! I can't say enough good things about Hendrick Acura Southpoint Service Center. When my new Acura had a problem, they took it so seriously and gave us special attention and service. They also took literally 2 hours to go over every feature of the new car with me so that I would understand it. The manager even came and checked on me to make sure my experience was good. I really like the new car, but l like the support I've gotten even better! I feel very well-taken care of.
Me and my wife bought a vehicle yesterday. Jackson was our salesman. Very down to earth, polite, and humorous young man. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all of our questions. We love the vehicle and the experience we got at the dealership. Will definitely recommend the dealership and Jackson.
Aaron McLean is a great Service Advisor and listens closely to any concerns I may have. His recommendations and/or suggestions are honest and don’t feel “sales-motivated”. Regular updates (including video clips from the Service Tech) are shared and keep you informed of the progress. Took the time to bring out experts for a pre-evaluation for fixing a part. Led to efficiency in my appointment since the part was ordered already and the technician who did the initial review was also able to do the installation. Clear about what they felt comfortable doing versus making a recommendation for other experts. Great service.
