If you want someone that actually cares and wants to be helpful don't go here. We are moving and we have to obtain a quote from our current insurance company. Rather than do a quote, or even do the bare minimum and provide us with a contact in Ohio that is related to them they just told us no and to call someone in Ohio. Thanks for not being helpful at all to customers that have been with you for many years. There's a second Erie insurance in Taylorsville as well but I won't be calling them for help because they never return... read more
