Hendleys have been refreshingly communicative. I got in touch with them to service my gas fire, my boiler and to connect my Range cooker. They were able to do this in 7 working days. I expected to wait a month or so. The heating engineer turned up on time, was extremely pleasant and got the job done quickly. It turned out that I needed a new boiler. In the middle of the winter (2-2-24) our boiler decided to pack up for good. I looked on google for companies with good reputations in the N.Wales / Llandudno area. Henley’s had good reviews. So I called there office the morning after the boiler had packed up. Within 35 minutes of the call they diverted an engineer to our apartment. The engineer spent over an hour attempting to rectify the fault on the boiler but unfortunately due to the age of it, it wasn’t possible. They gave us a quote for a replacement boiler.
