A bit difficult to get her, period.
Dr. Hendley is probably very knowledgeable but she showed absolutely no compassion or understanding. Our mom has seen her twice. She’s very straight forward, which I appreciate, but she’s not there to serve or help the patient or the family. She’s very matter of fact. The office policy, or her policy, only allows for one other person in the room. Obviously our mom is there because she has memory problems. Our dad is deceased. I was very disappointed I had a stroke and she was the that was supposed to see me after being released from hospital. I called several times and never able to get an appointment. Office staff not knowledgeable enough to even set up appointment.I have worked in doctor offices before and know what is expected .So sad that this occurred.In reality does not deserve a star had to mark one so review could be posted.
Does not even talk to the family when they are in the hospital then discharged them home. Could not even give us a call. Not impressed at all. So just proves she does not really care. Sad part about it is I am a nurse and expected better care.
Dr Hendley and office staff are always professional and courteous. She listens and is attentive to my needs.
I have seen Dr. Hendley twice now and I have found her to be honest and straight forward. She has spent an hour each time with me. I have the feeling that she genuinely cares.
Caring, encouraging, knowledgeable, she helped my husband so much in our recent traumatic event at Covenant We are greatful for her care. Blessings Mcgee Family
She was pleasant and caring. She took time with my family to answer questions. I thought she was great.
