I, like most women, absolutely dread these “lady appointments.” It had been several years since my last visit, and after moving, I needed to find a new doctor. I was referred to this office by my PCP. I was contacted timely and the nurse was really nice. I got lost on my way to the appointment and I called for directions. They were so understanding and really helped get me there once they’re the receptionist was so friendly. The nurse that came to get me and talk to me before the doctor came in was extremely nice as well, Dr. Nasson I found to be very approachable, great bedside manner and extremely knowledgeable as well. I will absolutely be going back.
You can leave voicemails for nurses but they don’t ever call you back. Thank Goodness for Dr Branson and his nurse for their speedy call backs and help!
Front Desk RECEPTIONIST "Julia". When patients are calling in inquiring services you need customer relations training. You were very dismissive, short, brash, rude, and unprofessional. If it weren't for the great quality of care from Dr Terri Holt, I would never return to this office. I hope the office manager reads and takes heed to this post and the previous post(s) that describes your front office receptionist's.
I have been seeing Dr Branson for three years now and I love it there! They are so caring and kind every single time i call or come in! One time I had to bring my children with me for an appointment and when my kids were practically punching each other in the face They didn't even bat an eye! Lol 10 out of 10!
