I had an initial appointment with Dr. Kathryn Hinds at Hendersonville OB/GYN, affiliated with TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center, which went well. Unfortunately, my experience with the office after that was extremely concerning. My husband completed a semen analysis through a referral from this office. We were later told by staff over the phone that “everything is normal,” and I specifically confirmed that all parameters were normal. This drs office might single handedly be the worst doctors office I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The ammount of emotional distress this drs office has caused both my wife and I as we are planning to have a child is incalculable. After waiting a month for fertility results to be posted these geniuses had informed us that "everything was normal" turns out after getting the results everything was not normal. I was referred to this office by my PCP. I was contacted timely and the nurse was really nice. I got lost on my way to the appointment and I called for directions. They were so understanding and really helped get me there once they’re the receptionist was so friendly. The nurse that came to get me and talk to me before the doctor came in was extremely nice as well, Dr. Nasson I found to be very approachable, great bedside manner and extremely knowledgeable as well. I will absolutely be going back.
