My father passed away at this facility and it took over a week to have the death certificate signed. We were given many excuses and everyone I spoke too regarding this, "passed the buck". The funeral home called daily as well. I was highly disappointed. No apologies were offered as this issue was continually, " not my responsibility ". Not one call was ever returned, as promised. The facility, is nice but capable management is certainly needed here.
This is a wonderful, friendly, loving, and clean facility!
My brother James Hester was there not me . But I am confident that my brother was well taken care of. He was always clean ,and well fed . I didn't have to worry about him the nurses and floor care people were great, If I have to be in a nursing facility That's the one I would like to be in . Thank You guys . Scooter and I miss seeing you guys. My brother passed July 1st I miss him every day . He was my little brother it God has him now. Rest In peace Bumny. Love u.
Very nice place. Everyone goes out of their way to help each other. Top notch physical and occupational therapies. Would recommend to anyone.
The Lodge has the feel of an elaborate vacation resort and a staff of dedicate people to make you feel at home. It's a good place to recover..
