I attempted to purchase a corsage from this business both this year and last year, and unfortunately, my experiences were disappointing on both occasions. During each visit, I found the staff to be unprofessional and discourteous. Also, the quality and selection of the corsages did not meet expectations. Last year, when I placed an order, it was prepared incorrectly. I placed an order for Valentine’s Day over two weeks in advance, while I was busy, my grandmother came to the store to pick up the flowers I ordered over two weeks ago up. She was told that no such order existed and that they could not help her.
