I don't know much about the actual business but I know that nobody should try and rent a Uhaul from them. They have poor customer service. Instead of coming to assist me on this past Saturday they just cancelled my reservation and wanted me to drive 16 miles out of my way to pick up another truck. They should not be an authorized dealer at ALL!****** After seeing the response I have to say that all they had to do was come and assist.
