I have been a patient here for 7 years. I had a scary health concern, and I tried to call to schedule a check up. The H&W “operator” forwarded my call to scheduling where I held and never answered (4:00PM). This morning 9:00AM, I tried again, held for 15 minutes, and retried twice more. When I spoke to the operator the third time, I told her how long I have been waiting, and she said that they currently have a very busy line of calls and the wait time is 6 minutes. Dr. Crowe has a bad attitude and is very rude.
I have known Dr. Crowe since I was young and I was thrilled to have her as my doctor once we moved back home. My mother has been using her for well over a decade and I trusted I would be in good hands. Well.. I was wrong. I have been using Henderson and Walton for over 30 years. I see Dr Gunnells but all the Doctor's are very good. The staff are always polite and helpful.
