I had a tree split and land on my roof. Shane was at my house in 15 mins to take a look. Super friendly, respectful, and honest. No pressure to use their service but happy to help. He had a crew at my house within an hour of our conversation. The crew was also very kind and pretty quick. The city had mentioned disconnecting my power to make it easier for the crew.
