Made appointment with ******************** at Henderson Smiles based on his new patient special. Was told I needed a deep cleaning as opposed to a basic cleaning. Price increased from $99 to $945. Obtained a second opinion. Based on my previous yearly history, current x-rays, and the fact that I was having no issues at all, they saw no reason why there was a need for a deep cleaning. Dentist laughed while working I. My mouth, saying, “I’ll remember how to work this machine in a minute”, then the assistant laughed uproariously! ****, the office manager, brought me to tears many times. I now have a much better, extremely more professional Dentist. Also their reviews are based on same customers. Terrible, painful, unprofessional, not customer based business.
