I purchased an industrial Juki from these guys. I ordered during the holidays so I had the pleasure of dealing with a few different employees and was handed off based on their availability. Both Allen and Bruce were excellent to deal with. They steered me towards a much better machine that fit my needs. Being only an hour and a half away I was able to pickup my new machine in person. Awesome to work with. They set up my machine and walked me through how to use it. The wrong stand was delivered and they went out of their way to ship me the right one free of charge. They have a customer for life.
