I had Sandy round to service my Bell fires gas fire. He told me I needed a few replacement parts...which I found odd as this was under a year old. He also failed to put the glass front properly back in the fire....a danger in itself! Luckily before ordering these parts I had an approved Bell fires engineer call. He said there was nothing wrong and no new parts required. I was charged £60 call out by Sandy and threatened with a lawyers letter if not paid. This is daylight robbery.
