Fantastic vets; professional, kind, caring I have used Dr. Henderson many times for vet appointments for my 6 cats over the past 15 years (since he came onboard), and he is caring, kind and of the utmost quality. My family and I have used West Park since the 1960s, and have only had the best experiences, even when the prognosis wasn't so good. Unlike the other review, never have I felt lied to by ANY of the vets, and I would never consider taking my pets anywhere else. This place is top-notch.
Unprofessional Anybody who takes their pets to West Park Hospital be very careful. . They lied to me 2 days in a row about my dogs ashes. They told me that they hadn't been brought back yet. Called the crematory and their records showed that they were delivered yesterday. They were holding her ashes hostage even though they had a postdated check for the remaining balance. She had (emergency) surgery and was doing well. Then she started acting different so I took her back. Dr Henderson took over her case. He said she had ITP ... read more
