They do good work when they show up, they tell you they will be there at a certain time and they don't show up and don't call or anything and still haven't finished the job. Will never use them again.

I am the grandson and a tech for the previous owner. We are hard working and honest people. The "elderly lady" that was spoken of did not and would not listen as requested for her to leave water off for 24hrs as it says on glue can. Twice in the same day was called after specifically stated the water needed to stay shut down for the 24hr period for glue to dry. Her son then proceeded to completely undo our work. My mother had these people do some work at her house. They did a very bad job ever pipe they replace was leaking. She paid them $270.00 she’s an elderly lady that lives on a fixed income. She called they came back out put a dap of glue and left. When hot water tank started filling up it was still leaking. She tried to call them back and they stopped taking her calls. We had to hire someone else to get it fixed. 6 days without water. What a shame they would do an elderly person this way. SHAME ON YOU
