I was seen 8/1/22 at Backus hospital in norwich CT by Nikole J Henderson, I have never been treated so POORLY by treatment team in my life, Nikole was very short and rude, rushed me out of the hospital after Receiving LITTLE TO NO CARE! I was passing kidney stones and was told to drink fluids and take ibuprofen! I was not given the proper referral to a urologist to get the help I desperately needed! I am disgusted you are a pathetic excuse for help and I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BE SEEN BY THIS TERRIBLE WOMAN
Absolutely terrible. Very very rude to the point that I actually could not believe she was speaking to her patients the way she was. Very unprofessional. Had no sympathy or care in the world for the patients she works with. I went in to the ER for trouble breathing and she told me I was being dramatic and that there was nothing wrong with me.
