Ordered two rear wheels for a self propelled rover lawn mower anyway said were in stock but nothing sent anyway emailed them week later to see what go was and they replied and system mucked up and they said didnt have any in stock and refunded the money. Couldnt get the wheels for the mower i tried all the local mower shops around my area aswell can’t get them anymore but anyway hendersons sourced me a 2nd hand wheel for my mower and sent it out free of charge and got me out of strife when they didnt have to help a complete ... read more

Purchased a product from the store today and went home and used it and it was great, not surprising seeing the rest of our Stihl gear is also great. Jumped online to send the link to my old man to buy the same product and noticed it was cheaper online but from the same store. Sent a query asking why that would be the case and was told the stores can charge what they want and don’t have to charge the online price.
