Bad business. I was given the wrong gate information, which caused unnecessary problems and wasted my time. This situation was completely avoidable and shows poor organization and lack of care for customers. On top of that, they held my deposit longer than necessary and tried to charge additional fees instead of clearly communicating expectations upfront. Very unprofessional experience overall. I will never do business with this storage facility again and do not recommend them to anyone. Especially auctions buyers
Highly Recommended Great Service I have been using this storage location for several years. I have never had a problem with the storage and the owners are very friendly, understanding if you have financial issues. They are willing to work with you on dates for paymento you won't get a late fee if auto- drafted
The owner deals with you to make the final sale, fair price and clean
