Office staff helpful and prompt about getting back to you. Service rep called prior to arrival, arrived when he said and was informative and efficient with the servicing. No issues recommending this company.
They have all the sheet metal you need and very helpful
They were told what the problem was and sent a guy without the details. He took a quick look and then they billed me for him coming out. They never got back to me if they could fix it. When I called to dispute the bill, the woman was very rude and unprofessional on the phone.
I put 1star because there is no 0. We were without heat for over 9 weeks this past winter. We dealt with Travis and was given the runaround for most of this time. He was rude on the phone when I called for a follow up. In the end, we found the part we needed in 2 days and had someone else install it. They still charged us for a service call even though they never did anything.
