Took my elderly mother there on a pre-booked appointment. Saw the middle aged receptionist and mentioned to her the name and time. She rudely said “Ten dollars!” I asked what was it for she again rudely replied “ask the doctor!” What kind of service is this!
The receptionist is something else..why is she so rude?!
This Dr has been treating my elderly mother, he is rude and dismissive he talks down to her. She is struggling with walking and has no strength he suggested taking vitamins. Vitamins?? We went to a different doctor who did a thorough check, blood tests, X-rays and scans my beautiful mum was seriously sick and sadly died soon after.
Horrible experience, Signed up as I need a new gp from moving from a far area, purposely booked in a long appointment, Doctor refused to help, and suggest I go back to my original doctors this is a horrible service especially when I need help
