Good service, highly recommend
The receptionist is the rudest human being I have ever met. I was absolutely appalled by her tone to a patient who was in a very vulnerable state. Condescending, unprofessional and disrespectful. She don't understand how to treat or speak with patients and has a superiority complex. If you want to keep your business, you need to give her some training on manners or better yet fire her altogether.
THEY WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. I've been trying to call the clinic to make an appointment for my daughter for 3 days and no one wants to answer. The phone line is sometimes busy, which means somebody is there using the phone but when I immediately try again, it rings and rings with no answer. In the last 3 days, I have attempted to call 37 times. There is no other way to book an appointment other than to call, hence the reason I keep calling. Great experience with Dr Vinh, my whole family’s current go-to clinic. I also had a Trypanophobia so I haven’t had any vaccinations for years, thankfully to the Doctor’s technique, it does not hurt and I am fully up to date in term of immune systems
