The mechanic was extremely rude to me. When I picked up my car, he hadn't done a perfect job, so I requested the remaining repairs, but they told me to come back the next day. The next day, when I returned, he was completely different from the dealership, denying that I had requested that repair. Very disappointed with the customer service. The staff were rude and unresponsive, completely ignoring my concerns. Felt disrespected and undervalued as a customer. Definitely not coming back.
