probably the worst experience in my life, i almost had car accident right after had service done in this shop, car stopped on the motor way bsystem mechanical problems. wof is not recorded in system, therefor i have to do another wof so i can pay my rego. unbelievable, do not come to this shop!
Didn’t stick to appointment time, muck around
The mechanic was extremely rude to me. When I picked up my car, he hadn't done a perfect job, so I requested the remaining repairs, but they told me to come back the next day. The next day, when I returned, he was completely different from the dealership, denying that I had requested that repair. He claimed that a part that should have been completed in five minutes was out of stock. He then quoted me a ridiculously high price, completely different from the initial estimate.
