I was with this branch of Farmer's for two years. On my latest renewal my policy increased by $300/year. I had no tickets, accidents or anything that would warrant such an egregious increase in my rate. When I asked why my rate was going up so much I was told it was just an across the board increase on all policies for Farmers. The only way to keep my current rate would of been by dropping some coverages, which I was not comfortable with. Do yourself a favor and just shop around before committing to these guys. Debbie Chaney is fast, professional and has a great sense of humor. I've been with Henderson since the day he bought Joyce Waters' agency. (When was that? At least 25 years ago, maybe more) Every time I've needed anything the staff has always been top-notch.
