I went in yesterday fully expecting to purchase a Santa Cruz and met a wonderful salesman named Derek Hoffman who literally tried everything to accommodate what we wanted. We had been saying from the beginning that we were not interested in going above a certain payment and months in the contract. We also repeatedly said that we would decline and walk if they were unable to accommodate us.
