Come here if you love loud rude neighbors and no control! – If your hard of hearing and lack of home training is like a family reunion then this is the perfect place for you! Worst Place to Ever Live! – Having lived in this "community" for over 2 years, I can speak from experience. You freeze in the winter, you roast in the summer, ALL units are "infested" with ANTs everytime it rains, your place is filled with them. In the words of the maintainance chief, the units are "held together with duct tape and glue. More of the same – Basically, everyone else pinged the issue right on. Crappy trailers, sweltering in the summer, freezing in the winter, neighbors who don't follow the rules, frequent rent increases at ridiculous amounts, unresponsive management. Oh, but someone forgot - trash everywhere because there is no maintenance!
Community Systems – AKA Rent a Home I just moved in60 days ago and they picked the wrong person to scam. I was told that the rent would not change just to sign the lease. The raised it as total a 300 dollars. I am single parent of two. I also told the leasing agent this was a big step for me and would be tight but worth it. Worst Place To Live – My rent also went us $250 - which it's not worth it living in this 1960's tin box! I agree it's super hot in the summer and extremely cold in the winter because they did not use insulation back in those days when these old tin cans were built. They can't be trusted.!! Rip Off! – When we moved in the add said Rent A Home, but when you get here these are really old mobile homes, we have lived in Community systems for about 4 yrs, before rent was affordable but now they increased our rent $600 in the past year, a lot of the houses are not rented because of the pricing, the other major problem I had is that they don't maintain the homes, you have to call for weeks to get issues resolved, the mobile homes being so old, lack proper insulation, houses are very, very cold on winter and also very ... read more
Thiefs!!! – We just moved in last month and they gave us a great deal for a 2 bedroom space but it's a MONTH-TO-MONTH contract. We used to live here 2 years ago and we told them that we are returning customers or residents. So they promised us that they would repaint everythig before our move in date (and they did).
