"Doctor" Utley is a self-centered lazy person who can't ever be bothered to do his job. You have to bend over backwards to even get him to acknowledge your presence. Every time I made an appointment, whether it was 20 or 40 minutes, never lasted 5 minutes with him. You could tell he was always itching to leave as soon as possible. Nice facility, mostly friendly staff. I would actually give it 5 stars, if not for Dr. David Utley. As long as he is there he brings the whole place down with his exceedingly poor standard of "care".
Waited for over 2 hours to be seen when there is no other patients. staff not pleasant except front desk lady was very nice. will not come back to Owensboro health urgent care in henderson ky again.
Great doctors really caring in urgent care.As well as family medicine great for labsand xray. Would highly recommend
