The staff is not compassionate to the ill people and their needs. Very discourteous, not supportive or helpful at all. Let us go in there and run up a bill without bothering to inform us that this doctor is out of network, which I was under the impression he was IN NETWORK due to my insurance company's website listing him. No one bothered to make sure my husband and I understood. Insurance and all the mess that comes with it is not always easily understood by regular people, people not in the profession.
