Attorney Maiorca and his paralegal, Colleen were great! My sellers were over the moon with the competency they exhibited. It was a closing filled with a touch and go unexpected delay and they worked diligently to get everyone across the finish line. I was literally at the signature phase of a long-running settlement when my attorney unexpectedly left Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt. The firm never notified me and when I found out I had to reach out to them numerous times just to get even basic information. The firm then refused to continue with my case, even though they had the ability to do so and there were no conflicts.
