Purchased flowers for my Uncles funeral and when they arrived they were wilted and very small for what I paid. When I called they came and picked them up and said there was nothing wrong with them Several people made comments on how bad they looked. I was informed I could cancel the order and I did but then informed I must go on line and cancel but no where on line does it have a place to cancel order.

Ordered funeral basket and it was lovely. It had several differenct type of live flowers each breath taking.

We absolutely love Martha and her staff. They are very considerate of our every need! The flowers arrangements are beautiful, fresh and lovely. Cut flower arrangement I received only lasted 4 days. By the 4th day the flowers had withered. Normally a cut arrangement will last at least 7 days; I don't think the flowers were fresh to begin with.

My family ( who are out of town) somehow have gotten connected with this florist. the flowers look ok however in 3 times this florist have not honored the requests my family has made regarding color of the flowers, vase, etc.the last arrangement I got seemed like a fall arrangement in the middle of July; very inappropriate. My family has not been impressed and will tell their local florist not to use this florist again.
