Called to inquire about roses. Hands down the rudest and shortest woman I've ever had to deal with. Bummer
Placed order on their website because I could not get anyone to answer the phone, got confirmation, and credit card was charged. I tried to call just to confirm several times and finally got someone to answer, only to be told that they cancelled my order because they wouldn’t deliver in that area on the requested date that was selected. If I would not have called, I would have never known that they cancelled my order.
Super sweet and helpful ladies. My first experience and definitely will not be my last.
