They say a title search is 1000$ not for me the City of Athens tx Said I owned so I kept my money lol
They totaly screwed up the title of a home we were selling. Even after papers were signed we are still dealing with them. They listed a person that has passed on the title. We had death certificates and estate papers sent to them more than once. They also had the house in wrong county. Save yourself the anguish and use another company they have changed their name to Colonial.
