Michael was very good and was right here when he said he would be, definitely would recommend him.
Michael repaired and replace quite a few things on my RV. He does an excellent job and has a good personality. I paid him what he charged every time so I don't understand why he won't call me back when I leave several voice mail messages or when I send him text messages now. He left me hanging when my furnace wouldn't light and we had very cold weather. He said he would try to make it in a few days because he was very busy but I never heard from him again. I now have a propane leak and left 2 messages but still no call back.... read more
Henderson RV Service provided excellent service when installing my stackable washer and dryer. He demonstrated expertise and professionalism throughout the process. Additionally, I identified issues with my generator which he had a mobile technician contact info specializing in Onan generators, saving me the inconvenience of bringing my fifth wheel to the shop.
This company came out to our RV park to hand out business cards. We called because we have storm damage to our RV. They came out did the assessment, said that they could do the work. We were waiting on an estimate and never heard back from them. My husband reached out, nothing. I was very disappointed because we were very excited to see the positive reviews. Michael made the effort to come out same day! BEST MOBILE RV repairman ever, and unfortunately, I've had a few! Super knowledgable and kind. If my RV ever needs mobile repair, I hope it happens in an area serviced by Mr. O'Connor!!!
