Been sitting in triage since 1230 am and havent seen anyone but nurses. Even then they are too busy gossiping and playing on the internet to care.....

Waited for 6 hours to be told "you're fine, go to school the next day." Went someone else and was diagnosed with a fractured ankle and torn ligament. Complete waste of time, doctors are a joke.

As a retired RN, I have always been a terrible patient and do my best not to go to the ER. In all of my years in nursing, this was the worst experience I have EVER had!!!! I know I pulled cartilage from my ribs over a week ago. I don't like taking medication so I had "leftover" meds of toradol and celebrex. I had a freak accident in 2018 where I crushed my pelvis and broke my tibeal plateau. The next month we had to evacuate from California's deadliest fire. My aunt is currently in a patient room there. The nurses were so nice, and understanding. I saw a male nurse, can't remember his name.. but he was nice. The room was so clean... I've been to other hospitals and this one is by far the cleanest. Whoever is cleaning, great job!! And tell the male nurse ( curly hair, I called him). Thank you

Took a little longer than expected, but it's a smaller hospital. As I was waiting 8 p.m. ( I had a fever, turned out to be strap throat).. I noticed the cleanliness of the hospital. I also saw a tall guy, housekeeper cleaning the walls.. I had never seen cleaners do that, I thought it was awesome that he was doing that!! Ten minutes later, the same guy is helping another man to the restroom.. That's a good employee!! Don't lose him!! Anyway, the nurse I saw was nice, and the Doctor diagnosed me after a test..
