Never have I seen so many dishonest people in one environment. They will tell you something and then deny it. They will tell you that they are going to take care of an issue, and not do it. Do not walk away from this place, RUN or grab your ankles. The body shop personnel and the repair shop personnel was kind and warrant your buisness but the sale team, needs to have training on honesty, politeness and keeping their word. NO, I do not suggest this dealership nor will I return.
We went to Henderson Chevrolet to get out of the SUV we were in and to get a truck. We were able to do both, trade in our SUV which we were still paying on and got a nice 4 door Silverado. We were very happy with the service and enthusiasm of everyone at the dealership. Our credit scores were low, and it took a while for them to find a bank that would work with us. Needless to say, they never gave up and was successful for us. We will be going back in the future to do more business when the time comes.
I have been doing business with Henderson Chevrolet for nearly ten years. They are always willing to go above and beyond to take care of their customers.
My spouse and I had a great experience here. We felt very welcome with all the staff and felt like they were happy to have our business. Highly recommend them!
I do say I am happy with my 2015 Silverado LT but I will admit I found the same truck cheaper at mount Vernon but I only went to them because of the 0% financing..it is a beautiful and perfect truck but the bad part is they want 700 a month..but luckily I was offered to pay bi weekly which sort of helped..Malcolm cook was a very great salesman and he was very helpful in finding me exactly what I was looking for and with a 681 credit they got me into it but of course as I said the monthly price was more than mount Vernon.
Only 4 stars because they are a town over and the drive is longer.
I recently purchased a vehicle -about 3 weeks ago - a used SUV - from Henderson Chevrolet-Buick-Pontiac-GMC. I was very pleased with the service I received. What I was most impressed about was the speed and effort everyone at the dealership worked to make my car buying experience as positive as it could be.
