I took my car in at 7 am. I received no updates until 4 pm, at which point I was advised that my car supposedly needs $18,000 worth of service (it doesn't). They told me I could come back the next day to get it because they had to "get it ready" (all they did was a diagnostic, I don't know what they needed to get ready), but never told me when it was ready and failed to inform me that they would be closed at 2 pm. I’ve had multiple cars repaired and each time we’ve worked with KC. He has been exceptional at customer service, communication and he’s easy to work with. This is the only place I take my vehicles for repair. They are excellent!!!
Sam was amazing! Really happy with the staff here. Highly recommend!
KC and his team did a fantastic job on the repairs for my vehicle. I appreciate how thorough and communicative they were. The truck needed extensive repairs and now looks new again.
