I called to have some glass fixed in an office door. The older gentleman that I spoke with, was extremely rude over the phone. Then, when he came out to look at it, another company showed up to do an estimate at the same time. That sent the guy over the edge, and he started complaining. He said that iwas wasting his time, doesn't do bids, and that he had other things he could be doing. So, I told to go ahead and leave so he could go do those other things. I was shocked at how rude he was. I guess that's why he was available.... read more
